From the beginning it was committed to exporting to the Asian continent, being Furerplastick one of the pioneering companies that started strongly in China. About the workshop
People talk a lot about environmental issues, but do little. At our workshops, children do: soil cleanup experiments with their own hands, assemble green power plants, save birds from an oil spill, and develop technology for the industrial separation of plastic. Let's move from words to deeds. Smart Barcelona is gathering a team of scientists for the most ambitious task - to stop the death of all life on the planet.
- Oil spill labWe will save an entire colony of penguins from an oil spill armed with raincoats, brushes and sweaters.
- Wind energy labWe will figure out where the wind is blowing from, we will place windmills in the valley and solemnly light the bulbs with renewable energy.
- Pure soils labWe will remove all heavy metals from the soil and plant seeds of plants in it. The guys will be able to continue the experiment and observe their growth at home.
- Waste processing labLet's find out how PET differs from PEBD, which container to throw Tetra Pak into, and turn garbage into valuable raw materials with our own hands.

There are 4 teams, 16 people each. Every team visits every one of the 4 labs. Our program is totally interactive and children make the experiments on their own.
The program was developed by young scientists and science popularizers from the best universities in the world. Students, graduates and young scientists from universities in Barcelona are conducting the program.
In the laboratories, classes are taught in Spanish or Catalan. Sometimes there are also groups in English - check the schedule!
For everybody's convenience, we split our teams in two age groups: 7-10 and 11-14. The topics considered in different groups are the same, but the presentation is slightly different, and the children are always more comfortable surrounded by their peers.

We make a separate program for the parents where you can learn new things and have fun at the same time. The speaker will present in Spanish, but the text on the key slides will be in three languages - Spanish, Russian, English - it will be clear and interesting to everyone.

GENERAL INFORMATION
We offer interactive events and courses on natural sciences for children of 5-6, 7-10 and 11-13 years and their parents.
Each event is a brief introductory course on chemistry, physics, biology, medicine and other sciences.
In January 2019 we launched the first event for children and their parents from and around Barcelona. The scientific monitors who guide children into the programs are real young scientists from the best universities in Barcelona.

WHAT ARE THE EVENTS LIKE
Each program consists of four labs where children conduct various experiments. Each team spends 20 minutes in each lab — this time is enough to get the theory and make an experiment.
If the program has a slot for kids 5-6 years old, we make for them a separate program with simpler but spectacular experiences, in which children can sometimes participate. The show also contains interactive games and dances.
Meanwhile, the parents are involved in adult program - interactive quiz and a short lecture on the same topic that the main program.

Our programs are real: from the experiments on genetics with drosophilae to chemical synthesis of esters. Our monitors are not animators, but students and alumni of the science faculties of leading universities of Barcelona.
- 3OriginalityWe never conduct "classic" experiments that have been shown to children in different science shows for years. Our developers are always thinking of something new to surprise you with. It's unlikely that you'll see what your children perform at our events anywhere else.

A normal ticket includes programs for a child and two adults, a quest and a diploma for the child
In this case, we recommend sending both children to the same group - the older one.
Yes, we offer group discounts! Leave us a request in the Price section and we will help you book tickets at a discount, and even find seats if they are not available.
For parents we have a separate program consisting of a relaxed quiz-quiz and a scientific dissemination conference. But of course, participation is voluntary. If you want, you can do your things and come to look for your child 1 hour and 30 minutes after the start time of the program.

If the child is 4 years old - we do not recommend.
Usually at this age it is difficult for children to study in a group without the presence of parents. It's worth growing up a bit.

Sometimes we do a special program for boys and girls aged 5-6. Find details on the event page.
They can. We recommend the older group for both.
The age limit is a recommendation. The program is pretty much the same for both groups, it's the explanations that slightly differ. The main difference is the age of other people in the group, so if your child feels better with older or younger children, you are welcome to choose whichever one is better for him/her.
Teams are formed instantly. Your child chooses a name tag of a certain colour and automatically enters the team of children who chose the same colour.
If we see that more than five children are registered under the same adult's surname, we save the name tags of the same colour for them. If you are less than five or if the children are registered under different adults' surnames we recommend you to come 30 minutes before the show starts so that you can get the name tags of the same colour.
We have a special program for parents. It is a quiz and a short sci-pop lecture. Participation is not obligatory (but it's fun!). You can go about your business and pick up your child in about 1 hour 30 minutes.
According to our experience, parents who accompany and take pictures distract the children from making the experiments. If you really want to shoot some photos, wait until the program is over and go to the lab with your child who will show you the equipment and tell about the experiments.
30 minutes before the program starts. You will have enough time to take off the jacket, register for the program, go through a small science quest in the lobby with the child, and enter the main room.
No, the program is free for parents. You don't need to buy tickets.
Don't worry if you lost your ticket or you can't show it to us for some other reason. When you buy the ticket, your data is saved in our database. You only have to tell us the first and last name of the person who payed for the tickets.
If the group is too big, your child and other kids will not have fun. That's why we close the registration when 64 tickets are sold. If you really want to join your friends who already bought the tickets, choose any free date and come to the new program together!
Cancellations are rare and usually happen a day or two before the event. Instead of cancelling, a ticket can be given to friends or relatives. However, we recommend that you periodically check our website. Sometimes empty seats do appear.
Yes, you can transfer the ticket to another date and time in your Customer Area no later than 3 hours before the event.
If your child is sick the morning before the event, try to find friends who can go instead of you, because we are unlikely to be able to sell this ticket already. If not, be sure to call us before the start of the event, we will try to help you.

CHEMISTRY AND PHYSICS OF ... FOOD!
